Smoked Oyster Fritters
We have been developing a few new canapes in the quiet times and this is a current favourite.
Tinned smoked oysters (they are delicious, honest), with a batter made with Theakstons Old Peculiar, flour and baking powder and served with finely diced banana shallot steeped with cabernet sauvignon vinegar.
This one has just been added to our slightly eclectic and expansive canape menu.
