Posh cauli cheese

At this time of year it is all about comfort food. This is one of our go to winter feel good dishes, this one is a bit posher than normal though.

The cauli and romanesco broccoli and roasted through a very hot oven till blackened and just cooked and topped with a white wine cheese sauce enriched with Old Winchester cheese from Lyburn Cheeses and finished with toasted pine nuts and juicy sauternes soaked golden raisins.
