Momo's on the menu

We are currently in India looking for culinary inspiration and have found it in the form of Nepalese dumplings. Momo's seem to have spread all over India and these are some of the best we have sampled. Soft silky, lightly spiced aubergine and the bright green carrot, mustard seed and coriander.

Expect to see these on the menu in 2023.
