Stocking the spice rack
We have recently been slightly obsessed with powders since we got ourselves a dehydrator and have been using it to expand our choice of ingredients. Recent additions have been a lovely pink rhubarb powder to maybe use as a seasoning on oily fish and garnish for puddings and red onion powder which works great as a seasoning on home made crisps or as a flavour enhancer in dressings or risotto
