Harvest in full swing

Our beetroots are very much ready to munch upon and are very tasty indeed, root and leafboth.

Also ready to much are our asparagus peas which taste a bit like ladies fingers and have beautiful red flowers.

Our rosemary hedge has got slightly out of control and needed an extreme trim.

We have made a good 10 litres of rich green rosemary oil, 5 litres of rosemary vinegar and 1kg of wet rosemary salt and still have half a basket left.
