Asparagus in three years!!

We have made some new beds at the top of the garden and dug in the first of our own matured compost. Two of them will be dedicated to asparagus.

Four different varieties, Ariene,Mondeo,Pacific 2000 and Purple Pacific. Will be on our Spring 2016 menus( hopefully) !
