The Real Cure

Tipped off by one of our prospective married couples we got a tip to visit James at The Real Cure

He was kind enough to give us a tasting of his coppa, chorizo as well as the fennel salami and Blue Vinney and fig salami. Delicious.

As a massive fan of charcuterie I am going to put a few pictures of fermenting, smoking and drying venison salamis and pepperonis to get you salivating.
