Spring time tasting


The sun was finally out last Saturday so we decided to have our tasting in the garden. Our happy couple to be are having a woodland themed wedding at the Salisbury Arts Centre this August.

We served crudites with sorrel pesto, rocket aoili and borani..

Followed by small sharing plates including

Miso braised Kambocha squash, gorgonzola and sesame brittle and

King prawns and toasted ciabatta marinated in saffron, lemon and garlic with sweet pimento aioli
